Lead Referral Network

Cyber X Software Solutions is seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Referral Network Lead to spearhead our referral program and drive new business growth. You will be responsible for building and managing a network of strategic partners, developing and implementing effective referral initiatives, and tracking the program’s success.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral partners including businesses, organizations, and individuals.

Negotiate mutually beneficial referral agreements with partners.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of partner programs and offerings.

Provide ongoing support and training to partners on Cyber X products and services.

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement creative referral campaigns to generate qualified leads for Cyber X sales team.

Track and analyze referral program performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Manage the lead qualification process and ensure accurate data delivery to the sales team.

Communication & Reporting:

Develop and maintain clear communication channels with partners and internal stakeholders.

Regularly report on referral program performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

Present program results and recommendations to senior management.

Additional Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in referral marketing.

Develop and maintain referral program materials, including marketing collateral and training resources.

Collaborate with other departments across the organization to ensure program alignment and success.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales, with a strong understanding of lead generation and referral programs.

Proven track record of success in building and managing strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Passion for building relationships and exceeding expectations.
