JOB OPPORTUNITIES
A. Librarian (1) BPS-17 (Rs. 30,370-2,300-76,370)
Plus all admissible allowances under university rules
Candidate should have Masters of Library and Information System (MLIS) degree from HEC
recognized University / Institution with good academic carrier. Ideal candidate should have at
least 5-8 years working experience as a Librarian / Assistant Librarian in a reputable organization
with hands on experience in managing library material (computer operation, scrutinize journals,
e-books, e-journal, books digitalization of library material, library day to day activities etc.) and
having good knowledge of computer and networking would be preferred.
B. Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates interested to work in various
sections / projects of the Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug
Research. Appointments will be made purely on contract basis with no chance of
regularization or permanency. Salary package is negotiable based on experience and
qualification.
1. Technical Manager Genome Center (1) (Rs. 2,00,000- 2,50,000)
Candidate should hold a Ph. D. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Genetics/
/Biotechnology from an HEC recognized university/institution, having an experience of
working as a Forensic DNA analyst, supervising a Forensic DNA and Serology
laboratory and training from reputable foreign Forensic laboratories. Furthermore,
candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving
skills. Experience of court testimonies and awareness of legal system will be preferred.
2. Research Officers Genome Center (2) (Rs. 60,000-80,000)
Candidates should have an M. Phil/ MS degree from HEC recognized university in the
field of Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Genetics. Candidates with
sound knowledge of molecular biology/genetics, and experience in forensic
sciences/genotyping/sequencing will be preferred.
3. Research Officer PCMD (1) (Rs. 60,000-80,000)
Candidates should have an M. Phil./ MS degree from an HEC recognized university in
the field of Neurophysiology with research experience in the effective use of patch-clamp
technique for neurophysiology research.
4. Research Officer NTD Project (1) Pay (Rs. 1,00,000- 1,25,000)
Candidate should have Ph. D. degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution in
Microbiology / Molecular Medicine preferably having an experience of cell lines / cell culture
studies during Ph. D. Selected candidate will be worked on research project related to infectious
disease leishmania.
